Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring the package is sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop your parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
